Beijaflore finished runner-up in both the raid and stadium races to hold a narrow lead over improving Seaflotech, which won the coastal raid and was on podium in both the stadium races.
Cheminées Poujoulat is overall third while Oman Shipping Company and MOOD are locked together, both with 26.5 points, in fourth and fifth place respectively. The 23-nautical mile coastal raid on Tuesday was competed over two and a half hours by the ten-strong fleet around the distinctive and solitary Duqm Rock.
Also on Tuesday, Franck Cammas’ EFG Bank team posted its first race victory of the Tour in the second stadium race.
Despite the win, EFG Bank remains seventh on the leaderboard, in a mid-fleet tussle with CER Geneva ahead of Renaissance and the all-women DB Schenker team.
