The Yellow Chilli presents Jashn-E-Biryani Festival

The Yellow Chilli is organising a month-long Biryani Festival to celebrate the 47th National Day holidays and the festive month of December. This festival will give food enthusiasts an opportunity to participate and taste the different regional biryanis from across India.

A unique Biryani Menu has been created by executive chef Hannan Qureshi to fulfill the biryani bug in you. From December 1-31, appease your hunger in carefully selected and crafted regional specialties from 12-3pm and again from 7-11pm at both The Yellow Chilli outlets including the one in Panorama Mall, Ghubra (second floor).

The Biryani Festival offers a broad range of scrumptious specials with a macédoine of vegetarian and non-vegetarian flavourful biryanis. It is a one dish meal which comprises different kinds of spices, vegetables or meat which are dum cooked. All the special biryanis will be served with burhani raita and special salan. These tasteful dishes are crafted and presented under the watchful eyes of chef Qureshi, who was mentored by Sanjeev Kapoor. Chef Qureshi’s expertise in North and North Western Indian Cuisine is being showcased via the Jashn-E-Biryani Festival to the fullest. This season, he is featuring flavours from Hyderabad to Lucknow to Persia, which will meet every meat lovers', pescatarians' and vegetarians' needs.

His main intention through this festival is to elevate everyone’s apprehension towards biryani and experience various kinds of special spices used in the recipes. The chef promises that he will deliver eight different kinds of biryanis which will captivate every biryani lover’s heart and stomach. Chef Qureshi urged everyone to come along with family and friends.
