The accolade was accepted on behalf of the company by its head of Digital Care and Channels Ammar al Lawati, who was also part of the team that created the innovative app that has attracted 440,000 downloads in just the past six months.

The easy-to-use digital solution puts the company’s point of sale services at the fingertips of users, allowing them to pay bills, recharge, manage multiple lines and view real-time billing information in the palm of their hands. Available for free on both android and iOS operating systems, the milestone app provides an interactive experience and control.
The new award is the second this year for the multi-award winning app, taking Best Digital Experience at the Customer Experience Management in Telcoms Awards in April.
