Omran CEO resigns

The board of directors for Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran) has announced, that for personal reasons, James Wilson has submitted his resignation as Chief Executive Officer. The board of directors has accepted Mr Wilson’s resignation and has appointed Engineer Saif bin Ali Al-Hinai as Acting Chief Executive Officer, with immediate effect.

Before taking on his appointment as Acting Chief Executive Officer, Eng Saif served as executive director in charge of Madinat Al Irfan, the Sultanate’s largest mixed-use urban project, which is set to lead sustainable development of a new downtown area for the Muscat capital district.
