MGM to launch new ‘Shop and Win’ campaign on July 17

Muscat Grand Mall (MGM), one of the leading shopping destinations in Oman, has revealed the launch date of its new promotional campaign for their ‘Mazaya Grand’ cardholders.

The campaign will be launched on July 17 and will run until November 20. It will include several entertainment events, attractive offers from participating shops, and a grand draw at the end of the campaign, which will be held on November 21.

The new ‘Shop and Win’ campaign is expected to be a huge success and will have a range of great offers and huge discounts offered by the mall's stores. These offers can be availed especially by customers who make purchases through the Mazaya Grand Advantage Card.

Customers spending RO20 by using the Mazaya Grand Advantage Card at participating MGM retailers will have an opportunity to obtain a coupon. Subsequent purchases will increase the chances of winning the grand prize of the Infiniti Q50. The draw, conducted at the end of the campaign, will announce the winner of the grand prize.

This new loyalty programme campaign will see the use of e-coupons and an electronic draw, which will be carried out for the first time at Muscat Grand Mall. The ‘Shop and Win’ e-coupons and e-draw are powered by Infocomm. The Mazaya Grand Advantage Card programme, launched last May, is the first of its kind to offer purchase services through a special card that combines several facilities and projects. Additionally, the cardholder can benefit from special prices, exclusive offers and valuable cash back facilities, making it one of the most distinctive customer loyalty programmes in the sultanate.

A list of the related properties, participating merchants and promotional materials will be listed on the Mazaya Grand website. The cardholder will be able to check their card balance, transaction history and update their profile, after activating the card by logging in at To avail of these discounts, deals and advantages, the card must be presented to the cashier at the time of making the purchase.

Customers can obtain the card at the MGM Customer Service counter, with a minimum top-up of RO5. It will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used when purchasing property, booking rooms and shopping or availing of services from participating retailers at Tilal’s current and upcoming properties including MGM, Grand Millennium Hotel (Muscat), Millennium Executive Apartment, Tilal Residence, Salalah Grand Mall, Millennium Resort & Spa Salalah, Amrat Grand Mall, Al Madina Takaful, Shaden Hospital, Qurayat ITC, Shaden al Hail Projects and other future projects of the group. The new shops will complement popular existing stores, such as Max, Babyshop, Splash, Shoe Palace, and La Moda; retailers of perfume and fragrances like Amouage, Oud Elite, and Kalakas; jewellery store, Pure Gold; optical outlet, Paris Optics; confectionary, Royalle Chocolate; and diner/café, Cioccolat Italiani; GNC, the nutritional supplement retailer; and the mind-blowing displays of the Museum of Illusions.
