The fine dining restaurant in Panorama Mall and Al Mouj are having a month-long biryani festival until December 31. Enjoy their carefully selected and crafted regional specialty biryanis from 12-3pm and from 7-11pm at both The Yellow Chilli outlets.
A month-long food festival offers special biryanis prepared by executive chef Hannan Qureshi. Their special a la carte menu is served during lunch and business hours. Along with other succulent kebabs, steaming hot curries and an array of exotic desserts are also served. The menu offers an alluring variety of appetising Persian influenced Prawn Biryani, Lucknowi Paneer Biryani, Bohri Lamb Biryani and a lot more. All the special menu biryanis are served with special salan and raita. One of the guests said, “The rich flavours of Persia, come alive as suggested by The Yellow Chilli. Service Captain Kuntal Ghosh and another vegetarian guest said, “The mouth-watering Paneer Biryani goes fabulously well with the garlic-infused raita.”
Chef Qureshi spoke about the simplicity yet the richness, aroma and delectable taste of all the biryanis he has mindfully prepared for this festival. He said, “The biryani is a simple dish; it titillates everyone’s taste buds regardless of their age, race or gender.” He encourages everyone to eat different kinds of biryani, so he can demonstrate all the varieties. Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor’s signature dishes are also offered.
