He served as chief financial officer and was later named as acting CEO. Sheibani had joined Al Mouj Muscat in 2007, Al Mouj Muscat said in a press release.
Sheibani has over 19 years of experience in property development, hotels, banking, and oil and gas sectors. He was graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Sultan Qaboos
University, attended various executive education and leadership programmes, and graduated from the National CEO Programme sponsored by the Diwan of Royal Court and delivered by IMD and McKinsey.
Sheibani takes pride in delivering results, and throughout his career he has demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence, being awarded the Chairman’s Award for Excellence during his tenure at Petroleum Development Oman. He is a non-executive board member of Oman Investment & Finance Company and head of its audit committee.
