To be held under the auspices of the Ministry of Oil and Gas, the biennial international ODEC event is spearheaded and co-hosted by the largest government-owned entities in the Middle East’s refining and petrochemical sector.
The exhibition will feature more than 100 companies, a press release said.
The conference, which will focus on in-country value, investment opportunities, digitalisation, case studies, among others, will be kicked off by a full-day workshop featuring topics such as ‘Outlook for refining and petrochemicals in 2019-2025’ and ‘Key challenges to the global chemicals industry’.
More than 30 esteemed expert speakers will be presenting to an anticipated 200 high-level delegates.
H E Salim al Aufi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil and Gas, will deliver a keynote address at the inauguration of the event.
